We’re all unique in our own sense, and seeking therapy for various reasons. Some clients prefer to focus on specific issue that they’re looking to address quickly. Knowing this, we may take a solution-focused, brief approach. Some clients may prefer to dive deep into themselves to increase general insight and understanding that allows for authenticity and wellness. Depth-work takes more time (no surprises there, right?) Other times, clients prefer to process various life stressors as they occur, with less frequent but more long term sessions.

Other times, the art may inform insight into our deeper selves. Or, art may provide grounding for experiences we have words for, but need the canvas for containment.
